Fridays - Sundays | The Haunted Hills
7 pm gates open. Trails start at dark. Open till 11 pm on
Fri/Sat and 10 pm on Sun. Enter the Haunted Hills if you dare.

Oct 31(Sun) | Wicked Forest
7:30 - 11 pm. When darkness falls in the Forest . . . the
Legends will rise again! Southeastern Ohio is an area well known
for its Haunted History. Deep within the Hocking Hills is a very
Wicked Forest, where you will find all kinds of wicked things,
from the past as well as from your worst nightmares . . . that
is if you're up for a bone chilling adventure through the forest
and if you're brave enough to escape wicked Willie's mine.

(Sat) | Country Music Jubilee Halloween
Spooktacular 6 pm doors open, 7 pm show starts. Join
the cast of twelve musicians and singers for an evening of
classic country, gospel and seasonal music. Highlight of the
evening will be a special program - return of the stars of the
Grand Old Opry, both living and deceased, as portrayed in song
and costume by the show's cast. Located at the old Shawnee
school gym. One Second Street, Shawnee. Handicapped entrance;
free parking. Food and beverages for sale on site. Door prizes
and 50/50.

(Sat) | Halloween on the Hocking 7 pm.
Corn mazes can be scary and haunted houses can be terrifying,
but nothing compares to the thrill of Halloween on the Hocking
River! On this haunted night, we canoe a five-mile stretch in
the creepiness of dusk... Stay close together since we do not
know who may be lurking around the river bend. Bonfire and live
entertainment will be offered for those lucky enough to make it
back from the canoe trip. Costumes are recommended since we will
also have a costume contest. If you dare, come join us & be
prepared to be scared!

(Sat) | Boo Train for Families
8 pm departure. Climb aboard this special family-oriented ride
for tricks and treats. You'll meet some funny and spooky
characters on the train. Fun will be had by all while riding the
decorated cars and listening to the spooky sounds of the night.
Everyone will get treats. Don't forget to dress up as your
favorite character for our Halloween costume contest on the
train. Even Mom and Dad can win. Prizes include train tickets
and gift certificates to our gift shop.
After the ride, all children can pick a free pumpkin from our
pumpkin patch next to the depot.
So come join us for a spooky good time.

Castle You are invited to the Vampire Ball - Random
Acts will layout the perfect murder for you to unravel . . . but
first, you need to make sure you know who is under the mask next
to you. Are they friend or foe! Call for Show/Room packages.
This event will fill up quickly. One or Two night packages

Oct 30 (Sat) | Haunted Hocking Weekend
Join with the Haunted Hocking team as they search for the
unexplained at Ash Cave or try your hand at Pumpkin decorating.
Registered campers and cabin guest can enjoy a hayride, a family
fun spooky movie, site judging, and trick or treat at Old Man's
Cave campground. Regular camping and cabin fees apply. State

(Fri) | Final Fridays Halloween on the Square
6-10 pm. Annual costume contest on the Square - parade
through shops for a chance to win prizes. Also, art openings,
shows and venues in the Nelsonville Historic Square Arts
District. Costume contest starts at 7 p.m. Free! Prizes!

8pm. A history walk through a local cemetery is held each fall.
Re-enactors in authentic costumes portray citizens from the
past.

(Sat) | Tombstone Travels at the Old Logan
Cemetery 4 pm. 6 pm. 8 pm. Tombstone Travels at the Old Logan
Cemetery. The night HISTORY comes alive. Local people that lived
in the beginning times of Hocking County. Meet the first doctor
and the first shopkeeper in Hocking County. Come hear how it all
began. This is a guided tour with a maximum of 10 visitors per
group. 6+ groups per session. First Come, First Serve on
Reservations.
